Description
As stated by the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2012, employers are responsible to ensure that all members of staff have access to sufficient instruction, information and training before taking part in any work which may expose them to asbestos. There are thousands of asbestos related deaths every year in the UK, so it’s crucial that employers take the necessary precautions to protect their employees from the dangers of asbestos.
To help employers fulfil their legal obligations, our Asbestos Awareness E-learning Course has been designed to provide workers who may come into contact with asbestos with a broad awareness of the associated risks. The course also provides candidates with information relating to the emergency procedures that need to be undertaken in the event of released asbestos fibres.
This course is suitable for anyone who may be carrying out work that is likely to disturb asbestos and can be completed on a computer, laptop or tablet device.
